You add a quick recap under the trainer notes

Here is a list of possible cases when the session doesn't get recorded

The learner doesn't want to be recorded
The training is done in Face 2 Face (Présentiel) so it's not recorded on Zoom
The learner can't use Zoom because of company restrictions and the training is done on Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, etc..

Last-Minute Emergency Solutions

If your lesson is about to start and you don't have time to wait for your IT department, here are your two Plan Bs:

Switch to your mobile phone: Connect from your smartphone. Crucial: Turn off Wi-Fi and use your 4G/5G connection (the company Wi-Fi will likely block the app the exact same way).
Send a Teams link to the trainer: This is a last-resort solution, but by not using Zoom, you lose access to our advanced AI features. You won't get targeted reminders for your grammar mistakes or the custom review exercises generated after the session. Use Zoom whenever possible to get the full learning experience.
